it's quite simple really.
i just start and colour the whole eye a certain colour (pupil being black of course) and then i add a dark rim around the edge. select a lighter shade of that colour as i move towards the pupil, i use quite a bit of smudge, too.

i guess that one isn't really one of my 'works'
it was just so spontaneous and i guess, kinda expressive. so i decided to turn it into a digital drawing..
